It greatly contributes in determining your website’s Page Rank on Google Search Engine. Engineers at Google have discovered that, - A mere 0.4 seconds of page load time is long enough to cause users to search less. - 46 percent of users don’t revisit poorly performing websites. - 74 percent of users accessing the mobile site would leave if it takes longer than 5 seconds to load. # The key points that affect your website’s Page Rank. ### **Website Speed** In 2010, [Google announced](https://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.in/2010/04/using-site-speed-in-web-search-ranking.html) that it added a new signal in its search ranking algorithms: site speed. Site speed reflects how quickly a website responds to web requests. This plays a significant role in boosting your Page Rank. ### **Mobile User Experience** Google is pretty serious about the user experience on mobile devices.  Your website’s responsiveness on mobile also affects it’s Page Rank. Page Speed Insights is Google’s site speed testing tool that evaluates your website’s speed and also has additional recommendations on mobile usability. ## My site scored 99 site speed, 100 on Mobile Ux I have a dance school hosted on [Learnyst](http://www.learnyst.com)called Nrityadhamani which got Google Page speed Analysis result of **100** for the **User Experience** on mobile, **98** for the **mobile loading** speed, **99** for the **desktop loading** speed. ![page rank example 1](https://blog.learnyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/new-1-1.png?width=1121&height=536&name=new-1-1.png) ![mobile page speed rank ](https://blog.learnyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/new-3-1.png?width=1193&height=587&name=new-3-1.png) ![website page speed rank ](https://blog.learnyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/new-2-1.png?width=1125&height=589&name=new-2-1.png) A slow-loading website not only frustrates visitors, but it also doesn’t score any points for page rank on google search engine.
